Gunnar Andreas Kristinsson received a BA degree in composition from The Reykjavik College of Music in 2001 and an MA from The Royal Conservatory in The Hague in 2004. His compositions span everything between solo pieces and orchestral works and have been performed in festivals world wide such as Nordic Music Days, Ultima Festival, Gaudeamus Festival, Suså Festival and The Darmstadt Summer Course.
